*You must register for all classes online a minimum of 3 hours before the class commences. Please meet the instructor at the front entrance of the health club at least 5 minutes prior to the beginning of the class.
This class is designed to give your body the ultimate workout! It will incorporate full body strength training, cardiovascular training, intense core work and the class will always end with a good stretch! Anything goes in the ultimate workout- circuit, bosu’s, TRX, outdoor training, you name it we will be doing it! Feel inspired on the roof of the Novotel Hotel and enjoy the ocean view while you get you sweat on.
Having strong core muscles keeps your body stable and balanced. This class will help you with strength training for your core muscles. This 30 minute workout will take place on the roof of the Novotel Hotel.
Focus pad class. Skills and drills from boxing. Interval training with the focus being cardiovascular and weight loss. Good for all levels.
A high intensity cardiovascular and strength workout. This will test your limits. Designed to get you out of the comfort zone and get results!.
Strength & Flexibility
This class will include a full core training workout, using a variety of equipment including TRX, resistance bands, bosu’s, and medicine balls. This class will finish with a deep and relaxing stretch.
Join us for our group Pilates class. This class is designed to condition your body and helps build flexibility and long, lean muscles, strength and endurance while developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.
Non – members can register and take classes, they pay $10 per class to the instructor
