CONDITIONS:
- Note your referred member must join on a $14.95 12 month contract or $19.95 no contract, with Ignition fee, before 30.6.14 for your entry to be applicable.
- Entries close Mon 30.6.14.
- The prize will be drawn at Manly Beach Health Club, 2 Raglan Street Manly 2095 NSW on Wed 2.7.14 at 6pm.
- If the size of the prize does not fit the winner, the winner will be able to swap the board or clothing items for another size of the most similar product available, at the discretion of Manly Beach Health Club.
